Message	it's nice because it can be moved around pretty easily and takes up next to no space. I don't know how high it goes because my ceiling is not high enough, but it's much higher and more convenient than any jack or set of stands Ive used in the past. The one downside is that you cant access anything between the frame rails, like the tranny, which is one of the things it really helps to get your car up high for.
